Who are you and how did you come to work at KLINGER ?
I have been proudly working at KLINGER for 21 years as a Technical Commercial Advisor in the Sealing Department. My career began in KPN's Primaphone stores, and the transition from in-person to telephone sales and consulting was challenging. Thanks to KLINGER , I found not only a new opportunity, but also valuable peer support and internal training to find my way.
What characterizes KLINGER as a company and employer?
KLINGER attracted me because of its unique characteristics: short lines of communication, efficient communication, positive work environment and international contacts. We are ideal for those looking for more than a job, where enthusiasm, freedom, independence, eagerness to learn and stress-resistance
are valued. If this suits you, we offer a truly fantastic workplace, said Robin.
What would you pass along to someone considering applying to KLINGER?
From my own experience, I can confirm that KLINGER delivers on its promise. Freedom in your work is paramount. The versatile work brings new challenges every day. More importantly, you are not a number on a payroll, but a valued member of a large family.
