KLINGER Total Flange Management Concept
Development in industrial processes is rapid. Increasingly stringent requirements on the one hand and increasingly difficult processes with high temperatures and pressures on the other remain a challenge for which KLINGER offers solutions like no other.
As a flange gasket specialist, KLINGER realizes that a good flange connection requires more than just a good flange gasket.
To enable the user of flange gaskets to make good flange connections, we have developed the KLINGER Total Flange Management. With this concept, the user not only has high quality flange gaskets, but also the knowledge needed to obtain an optimal flange connection.
The KLINGER Total Flange Management Concept includes:
- Certified training according to EN1591-4.
- Support in selection and calculation of seals.
- Identification of critical connections with 'active tagging system'.
- Investigating causes for connection failures.
- Advice on procedures for assembly/inspection and assessment/aftercare.

Personnel competency qualification
These courses cover all aspects of the flange connection. An important part of this standard is Part 4 (CEN EN 1591-4:2013):
Qualifying personnel who fail bolted joints in critical pressure-containing systems.
European recognized
These courses comply with CEN EN 1591-4:2013 standards and are certified according to the strict rules of the German TQCert. This certificate is recognized throughout Europe.
