With decades of experience in TA's with our customers, you can rely on our accumulated expertise and we are happy to help you bring your TA to a successful conclusion. Good preparation through documented knowledge
Well before the start of your shutdown, we will make a Plan of Action together. Because good preparation is essential for the TA to run smoothly. We support you with our knowledge of flange and dynamic seals, appendages and hoses. If necessary, specialists are available to assess and inspect your critical connections. Of course, everything according to the set quality standards.
A focused project team
For every Turn Around, we first put together a permanent team that is fully focused on the project. There is one point of contact at our office and one point of contact on-site. The team has daily consultation with production and logistics to ensure that the right goods are delivered to you at the right location at the right time. Including the right drawings, instructions and certificates.
Being able to switch quickly
Because of the often enormous size of and time pressure during a TA, quick turnaround is a requirement. Ordering today means delivery within 2, 4 or 24 hours, depending on the agreements made. With KLINGER this is possible because we produce in-house and because we can quickly call on the products of our sister companies elsewhere in Europe.

Working with your contractors
Turnarounds often involve multiple contractors, who in turn have dozens, sometimes hundreds of people running the plant. No wonder communication is an issue here.
A good cooperation has a chance of success only if clear agreements are made among themselves. We understand the importance of working together and will contact your contractors directly to make the project run more smoothly together.
Product Training
Proper assemblies require qualified assemblers and supervisors. Supervisors and engineers must also be aware of all conditions that connections (flanges, appendages, hoses) must meet. Flange management is a requirement for leak-free startup. That is why KLINGER is happy to share its knowledge and expertise in the form of training & education. Investing in the preliminary stage yields savings at the end. (TCO).

Structure, order and overview
For your Turn Around, we reserve a space in one of our 5 production halls where everything is collected in a safe, neat and orderly manner. Proper labeling and addressing prevents getting lost in complex routings at your plant. At all times we keep track of deliveries to us and deliveries to you on site. Another advantage is that we have our own fleet of vehicles. Our drivers are familiar with your location and ensure the proper logistical handling of your orders.
