Smooth-Flow hoses

Application

Lightly profiled PTFE transport hose with wide applicability in the food industry. Applicable for all liquid food flows and where a durable solution is desired. Due to its very smooth PTFE inner wall (tube) and slightly profiled outer wall, the hose has a large bore and very flexible properties, where sticking of products is not possible. Moreover, the hose can be used in case of high (cleaning) temperatures up to no less than +260°C. 

The Klinger Smooth-Flow has a high degree of pressure resistance and is available in many variations and options, such as silicone covers and sleeves.

Inner wall: PFTE, white, slightly profiled
Reinforcement: embedded steel spiral
Outer wall: stainless steel 304 braid (braid)
Temperature range: -50°C to +260°C
