KLINGER Netherlands Expands Its Control Valve Portfolio with the Acquisition of Conovalve
We are proud to announce that, effective April 1, 2026, KLINGER has acquired Conovalve, a leading Dutch specialist in control valve technology with over 40 years of experience. The acquisition strengthens our portfolio in process instrumentation and marks an important step in the growth and innovation of the KLINGER .
A proven expert in control valve technology
Conovalve, founded in 1978 and based in Breda, has built a strong reputation as an independent expert in control valves for the Dutch market. The company serves sectors including the food industry, chemicals, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, and waste management.
