KLINGER strengthens position in level measurement technology with acquisition of Hadro Techniek

We are proud to announce that KLINGER The Netherlands has acquired all activities of Hadro Techniek as of June 16, 2025. The acquisition of this specialized Dutch manufacturer of high-quality magnetic levelers represents a valuable expansion of our portfolio in process instrumentation, a strategic step towards further growth and innovation within the KLINGER Group.

Joining forces

Hadro Techniek, founded in 1993 and based in Moordrecht, is known for its customized solutions in magnetic level technology for the industrial and maritime sector. Thanks to certifications such as PED, ATEX / IECEx and approvals from Lloyd's Register and Bureau Veritas, among others, Hadro has positioned itself as a reliable player in a specialized market segment.

With this acquisition, we strengthen our position in level instrumentation and bring even more high-quality, in-house manufactured solutions to our customers both inside and outside the Netherlands.

Continuity and shared values

Founder Jasper Drost has deliberately chosen KLINGER as an acquisition partner because of the shared culture and the high service level. He sees in KLINGER the right party to continue and expand his life's work, nationally and internationally.

The entire team of Hadro continues to work from the current location in Moordrecht. Jasper remains actively involved as advisor and works closely with Ton van Erkelens (Managing Director KLINGER The Netherlands) and Gijs de Bakker (Project Manager Fluid Control & Steam Solutions) to ensure a smooth transition and further growth.

Little will change for Hadro customers: existing agreements, products and contacts will be retained. At the same time, they will have access to KLINGER's broader portfolio, including valves, seals, hoses, expansion joints and steam solutions.
