Vinitrell hoses

Application

Transport hose for transferring wine, among other things. Intended for tanker equipment, for the collection and transport of foodstuffs on unloading platforms and fixed installations, processing and packaging plants. The Vinitrell food hose is additionally excellent for other food products such as milk, beer, cider, fruit juice, vinegar, alcohol up to 96%. The hose is not applicable for fatty products and oils.

Advantages

• The hose has a very low friction resistance across the floor due to the smoothness of the outer wall. 
• Exceptional flexibility allowing the hose to be effortlessly bent with a very small tube radius, without kinking.
• The smooth, seamless white inner wall is food-resistant, preventing bacterial growth and meets the most stringent French, European and American standards
• The hose is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations (the advantage of rubber over PVC)
• Resistant to most cleaning agents.
• The hose is suitable for steam cleaning up to +110°C for 10 minutes (max.).
• The wear-resistant outer wall does not shed.
• The hose contains no phthalates.

Reinforcement: synthetic textile with embedded steel coil
Outer wall: special, polymer-based, red
Temperature range: -30°C to +80°C
Steam cleaning up to: +110°C
