Alikler G2 hoses

Application

Transport hose for milk. Intended for equipping tankers, for collection and transport of milk, dairy unloading platforms and fixed plants, processing and packaging plants. In addition extremely suitable for the connection for additional air on bulk powder tankers (outside the compressor) up to a maximum temperature of +120 °C. The Alikler G2 food hose is additionally excellent for other food products such as wine, beer, cider, fruit juices, and alcohol up to 96%. The hose is also applicable for greasy products and oils.

Advantages

• Exceptional flexibility allowing the hose to be effortlessly bent with a very small tube radius, without kinking.
• The smooth, seamless white inner wall is food-resistant, preventing bacterial growth, and meets the most stringent French, European and American standards.
• The hose is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations. 
• Resistant to most cleaning agents (max. + 90 °C).
• The hose is suitable for steam cleaning up to +130 °C for 10 minutes (max.).
• The hard-wearing blue outer wall does not stain.
• The hose contains no phthalates.

Inner wall: food-grade oil-resistant NBR, white smooth
Reinforcement: synthetic textile with steel spiral worked into the wall
Outer wall: oil- and weather-resistant NBR/PVC, blue, cloth print
Temperature range: - 30°C to + 100°C
Steam cleaning up to: +130°C
