WTA is a leading German manufacturer of high-quality bellow valves according to DIN and ASME standards which meet the toughest requirements of the chemical, petrochemical and energy industries. WTA long bellow valves are designed for years of emission-free sealing. No concessions were made to quality in the design. Reliability even after years of maintenance-free use is paramount. WTA further produces special valves in almost all common metals such as Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel, Monel and Titanium.
WTA bellows valves are distinguished by:
- Spindle seal with multiple torsion-free metal bellows selected for 10,000 circuits.
- Bellows flushed and protected from water hammer.
- Bellows welded to cover and valve spindle.
- Lapped back seat protects bellows from overloading.
- Perfect lid sealing by stainless steel/graphite comb profile seal.
- Perfect sealing in the bore due to conical valve seal and seat integral in the housing.
- Threaded spindle with rolled trapezoidal thread with life time PTFE lubrication.
- Robust cast handwheel with epoxy coating
- High Kv value
WTA's package includes:
- Bellows valves with internal stem thread up to DN125 PN40
- Bellows valves with external spindle thread.
- Bellows valves for chlorine application; certified according to EuroChlor GEST 89/140.
- Changeover valves with or without bellows seal.
