Using the experience and technology of the KLINGER Quantum gasket as a basis, the KLINGER Technology Centre developed the KLINGERSIL® C-4430plus. It is a product innovation on the existing KLINGERSIL® C-4430. The novelty lies in the special treatment of the rubber which results in a better adhesion between the rubber and the fiber. An innovative technique which has resulted in a proven, consistent and durable gasket.

Replacing the KLINGERSIL C-4430 with the KLINGERSIL® C-4430plus can be done one on one.
Greater flexibility at higher temperatures
The KLINGERSIL® C-4430plus can be used without problems up to as much as 60 bar or a temperature of up to 280°C. This is in contrast to standard fiber gasket materials that only have a deployment range of up to 40 bar or a temperature of up to 200°C.
More resistant to thermal loads
Higher stability of the base material has resulted in less hardening and brittleness. As a result, problems are less likely to occur at varying temperatures (e.g. start-up and shutdown of production process as well as seasons).
Higher pressure resistance
A higher load on the material is possible, resulting in higher pressure resistance.
Higher gas density
At the same surface pressure and temperature, a higher gas density is now also created.
