 'Flex Impact' crash protections have been specially developed to create a safe (working) environment in an economically responsible way. With a view to the optimal protection of people, machines, goods, buildings and infrastructure. For environments where transport takes place or heavy loads are carried. 

Crash tests show that they can withstand the impact of a 3.5-ton forklift truck. In the process, the anchorage is not torn out of the floor and the flexible elements resume their original shape after impact. As a result, the system has undergone lengthy and extensive testing. 'Flex Impact' is completely modular in design, allowing the individual elements to be easily installed and replaced if necessary.

Flex Impact is high technology, extremely impact resistant and environmentally friendly. Too often, steel is still used for industrial protections, with all its drawbacks:

• With each collision, the metal deforms

• Loose anchoring of the elements resulting in damage to the concrete floor

Malleable plastic

Flex Impact crash guards are made of plastic(PP) with a longitudinally reinforced fiber structure. This provides increased impact resistance. Upon impact, the elements bend with the body and then take on their original shape.
