Support in selection and calculation of seals

KLINGER also has an advisory role. Technical content knowledge is becoming increasingly scarce and in some cases is disappearing, think of retirements, restructuring or reorganizations. This is why we are the extension of engineering at our customers. Based on our worldwide experience, we regularly give seminars on the latest developments in our products.

Training flange connections

Prevention of pipe leaks is an extremely serious issue within the industry. With our Flange Connection Training, we teach you what is required forn an optimally functioning flange connection and the prevention of unnecessary leaks. A flange connection is a critical but often underestimated part of an installation. Whereas clear procedures apply to a welded connection, there is often no clear procedure for flange connections that guarantees the quality of the connection. KLINGER and its partners are the first in the Netherlands to offer recognized training courses. With us or at your location.

Assembly inspections

If you want to build in additional security after installing seals in critical flange connections, KLINGER also provides assembly inspections at your plant. After mounting the flange connection, we check whether:

• the bolts are properly greased " the correct gasket is used
• the gasket is properly centered
• the flanges are in good condition
• the correct tension on the bolts Or in other words, we check the entire flange connection.

Root cause failure analysis

Together with you, KLINGER can perform a complete root cause failure analysis, examining all flange components. In consultation with you, we also prepare customer-specific documents that facilitate the assembly and inspection of flange connections. These documents can be used to build a flange file. You can also stay informed through the new KLINGER Integrity Services software set up. This is a software package for our customers to continuously monitor and record data.
