We help you optimize your steam/condensate system and thus recognize uncertainties and possible risks. With our KLINGER scan, we analyze the current condition of your installations, identify possible problem and risk situations, and work with you to draw up a realistic improvement plan.

Before we start a scan, we first describe with you your specific problem and goals. Intentions of a KLINGER scan usually include:

- From your problem and objective, we draw up a targeted Plan of Action.
THE STEPS
The improvement process has 5 stages:
1. DEFINE - Starting point; what do we want to improve.
2. MEASURE - Identify current situation. How big is the "problem"?
3. ANALYZE - Categorize and prioritize areas for improvement.
4. IMPROVE - Implementation, model.
5. CONTROL - Continuing to monitor improvements that have been implemented.
Deferred turn arounds
At KLINGER, we know better than anyone that a maintenance shutdown has a significant impact on production time and budget, not to mention the impact of lost production. We can therefore well imagine that you would rather postpone a planned turnaround at this time. This has advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, there will be more time to prepare things, and on the other hand, many companies will soon be calling on available manpower and products simultaneously. Product shortages will arise and delivery times may increase.
