Food seals | KLINGER® Quantum FDA / EC 1935

Suitable for: food and pharmaceutical industry

The production of these seals - in a designated clean room - uses equipment adapted specifically for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
All seals are packaged individually and marked for full traceability.
KLINGER^®Quantum is the first fiber reinforced gasket using only HNBR rubber. Through a unique manufacturing process developed specifically for this purpose, this material can be applied to higher temperatures than any other fiber reinforced gasket on the market.
High durability with low gas permeabilities despite high temperatures.
Highest residual flexibility after temperature exposure, see image bending test after 240 hours at 200 ºC.
High creep resistance and high surface pressure resistance.
Highly universal medium resistance.
