• The allowable vacuum in a expansion joint depends on the diameter and installation length of the expansion joint as well as the operating temperature. In order to increase the vacuum holding capacity, a vacuum support ring is inserted into the bellows.
• The table below refers to rubber expansion joints with an installation length of 130 mm.
