INNO-MAT® is a MIAM GmbH development/invention that represents a revolutionary step in automating a metal sealing lift plug valve through a single actuator. It is a completely new and innovative design, without any indexing balls or nuts and without multiple actuators.

The INNO-MAT® is specifically designed for Lift Plug valves where the plug: Goes Up - Rotates 90° - Goes Down "Re-Seating"
And is also suitable for plug valves of other manufactures such as:

- The force required to lfit the seat is 2x the force required to push the seat down, since the lift angle is smaller than the angle of re-seating. This prevents plug jamming in the event that the plug is pushed hot into the seat and needs to be lifted out cold.
- Prevents bending of the shaft or bracket assembly in case the control system is stuck.
- Easy on-site assembly/disassembly with the valve in open or closed position due to the "quickhub" clamping system.
