The INNO-CON® is a metal sealing lift plug valve is designed for special and heavy duty applications such as hard part media with high pressures and/or high temperatures.

Because the plug is first lifted before switching, the operating torque required is particularly low. Because of the tapered shape of plug and seat, this valve is independent of medium pressure, bi-directional and sealing on both sides. The bleed/flush connection in the middle makes this a full-fledged double isolate and bleed valve. As the plug goes down, any caked-on medium is pushed away.

Operation

Plug is lifted out of the seat, rotated 90° and then pushed back into the tapered seat.

Hand wheel and lever for manual operation.
MIAM® specially designed control option: INNO-MAT to be combined with a gearbox or actuator, completely to customer specification.

Processes with solids or otherwise difficult applications (such as abrasive, crystallizing, curing, solidifying, high viscosity media or suspensions).

Refining/Petrochemical: Coker (delayed or continuous), Ethylene Cracking, FCC (Fluid Catalyst Cracking), Slurry Oil, Tank Farm, Pipeline.
Chemical: MDI, Polymer plants, High temperature applications
Offshore: Oil-sand-water separators
Waste disposal: diaper recycling.
